What are the lead times for print and delivery for greeting cards?
United Kingdom:
All orders received before 11am GMT will be printed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank/Public Holiday will be dispatched the following working day. All cards are sent via Royal Mail please allow 1-3 business days after dispatch for the card to arrive.
What are the shipping costs?
Free Shipping/Postage.
Can I send my card to a different address?
Yes, at checkout, you'll be asked to confirm if the delivery address matches the billing address. Choose "no" and enter the delivery address where you'd like your card to be sent. You can also leave a request at checkout if you want the card placed inside the envelope provided with your card.
Can I track a Greeting Card order?
Unfortunately, the postal service in each jurisdiction does not provide tracking or proof of delivery for greeting cards sent via standard postal service. However, an email will be sent notifying you that the order has been dispatched.
Your order has not arrived?
Your greeting cards are dispatched by a 3rd party and your orders are always aimed to be dispatched on time so your orders should be with you at the expected time, However, we have no control over delays with the delivery service.

All greeting cards can be purchased using Visa, Mastercard or Maestro at checkout.
Do we provide reprints or accept returns for greeting cards?
Your greeting card is a personalised print, which means that all products are unique and produced once ordered.
This also means that reprints will not be provided at our expense if you have misspelled a name, word or uploaded a poor-quality image to a card, or simply changed their mind.
Additionally, if the shipping delivery address was incorrect, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You as a customer are responsible for writing the correct information on the shipping address.
However, we will provide a free replacement or credit to your account if you notify us of a manufacturing error within 30 days of receiving the product.

What are the lead times for print and delivery?
It takes 2–5 business days to create new products and fulfill an order.
UK delivery is 5-7 days for Mugs.
UK delivery is 4-10 days for Canvas wall art.
UK delivery is 6-7 days for Cushions.
